Mat Classes

We offer Classical Pilates Mat Classes on a weekly schedule, on raised sofa height leather upholstery Mats (no Yoga Mats). We limit class to 4 clients, so each client receives individual attention and instruction. Register online or via the FREE Mobile App today!

Private and Semi-Private Sessions available by appointment Monday-Saturday. We can modify any exercise to accommodate individual needs.

We offer Classical Pilates training on Reformers, Towers, High and Wunda (Low) Chairs, Cadillac, Spine Corrector and Ladder Barrel in addition to Mat.

Health and Wellness Education & Nutrition Programs 

In addition to personal training and nutrition counseling, we also provide health/wellness education workshops and programs for groups or small businesses.
