Private and Semi-Private Sessions available by appointment Monday-Saturday. We can modify any exercise to accommodate individual needs.


Equipment is sofa-height, there are no yoga mats on the floor. Instructors work with clients to build strength, flexibility, stamina and stability -- we meet you at your current level and progress.


We offer Classical Pilates training on Reformers, Towers, High and Wunda (Low) Chairs, Cadillac, Spine Corrector and Ladder Barrel in addition to Mat.

Mat and Equipment Classes

We offer Classical Pilates Mat Classes on a weekly schedule, on raised sofa height leather upholstery Mats (no Yoga Mats). We limit class to 4 clients, so each client receives individual attention and instruction.
