We offer Mat Classes on a weekly scheduleWe use raised, leather upholstery Mats (no Yoga Mats) and limit class to 4 clients. Instructors focus on client success. See the difference personalized instruction can make in your work outs!

Private and Semi-Private Sessions available by appointment Monday-Saturday. We can modify any exercise to accommodate individual needs.


We offer training on Reformers, Towers, Hi/Lo Chairs, Cadillac, Spine Corrector and Ladder Barrel in addition to Mat.

Group Fitness Training & Education

We partner with FitOne Studios to offer HIIT training, Personal Training, and Nutrition Counseling.

We also provide health/wellness education workshops and programs for groups or small businesses. Whether your goal is to lose weight or get healthier, we can help you achieve your goals safely. Call for more information.   

Any Body's Pilates in Avondale (West Ashley) offers Private and Semi-private sessions by appointment and small-group classes on a weekly schedule. All sessions and exercises can be modified to accommodate individual needs. Our studio offers experienced instructors, high-quality equipment, in a professional studio setting.
